Hi, I’m Megan, and I am a Certified Sex Love and Relationship Coach. I am dedicated to supporting people to come back into the wisdom of their body. To feel the depths of themselves and have thriving sex lives.

I offer a space where my clients get to dive deep into themselves. To understand and feel the patterns that are there, that are keeping them from the love, intimacy and sex they desire. These patterns are carried with you each “now” moment, and so they shape the destiny of your life.

I guide clients through processes to integrate at the deepest level, what is truly keeping them from what they desire. Then update their nervous system to a level of erotic leadership and safety, so they are continuing their sexual evolution in an upward spiral, for the rest of their lives.

I began learning Tantra from my teacher Layla Martin in 2015 and took her full intensive coaching certification in September 2020.

My Sex Coaching Journey

Studying under her and embodying the Vita ™ Methodology, has allowed me to know deep in my bones that full integration and rewrites of trauma and awakening to pleasure and orgasm to its original and natural essence, happens through the body, through the nervous system and even through you sex.

I learned that a Female's Sexual Power is undeniably Vital for her thriving.

I learned that a Male’s Sexual Power and integration is what he is deeply desiring, for his ability to thrive in his life.

I have studied and practiced over 7200+ hours in this work and guided professionally 1000+ hours of coaching with Clients.

I studied in Marina Nabão's Artistry of Embodiment Coaching for 1.5 years to further my training and depth of holding space for transformations in a deeply embodied way.

I am certified in Male Sexuality and work with male clients. Working with Men has been so deeply enriching and helps me to hold deep and true space for the Men of our world, around their Sexuality, embodiment and the relationships they desire to have with themselves and with their partners.

I am working at Vita ™ as an assistant, in guiding 400+ students in their coaching journey's as well as their own personal healing journeys.

I am continuing my studies in Life Transitions, which includes understanding death, loss, grief, seasonal rituals, menstruation, menopause, female life cycles and aging. I will be weaving these teachings and education into my work at the end of 2024.

Coaching

I am currently in a 3-year study through Somatic Experiencing® International School for Trauma Healing. I will be weaving what I learn into my coaching for the deepest level of integration while honoring the nervous system.

Success, is the nervous system first, always.

SE is a system designed to work at the pace of the nervous system, which in turn, gets you the results you want. This system resolves trauma and stress that accumulate in our bodies, and that end up shaping us and we call it “personality”.

Looking at all the ways the body is stuck in overt or covert ways of fight, flight, freeze, or fawning and recovering from that so we become truly resilient and aware and present in our lives.

Many Women never fully tap into the essence of their life. They become so distant from their own sensations, their own bodies, and the world around them that they drift through existence without ever truly feeling pleashre—or even an 🍪rgasmic spark.

How Neuroception Plays A Role In Your Secsual Aliveness

Neuroception - is different than the conscious awareness of perception.

Neuroception is going on all the time - it is picking up external stimuli from the environment.
It's picking up on internal stimuli inside of the body.
As well as our experiences that are stored in our central nervous system.

The three factors determine whether we feel safe or not in any given moment.

Neuroception is going on all the time unconsciously, checking out, if it feels safe or not, and this is happening outside of our consciousness.

So...if we have stored experiences inside of our central nervous system around Seggs, Love, Relating, Initimacy, 🍪rgasm, Surrender, being seen as a pleashre filled person - that is not in alignement to what we want...we have to integrate this on a nervous system level and update with the reality that is true and up to date.

Almost nobody has been taught us how to have long term, sustainable epic seggs. And we are opporating from a very old narrative that is deeply impacting our seggsual health, all the way from the biologically to the mental and spirutual level.

Your Seggs, Play, Connection and especially our Wild Expression is a wholesome medicine that literally gives you more molecular, hormonal and metabolic access and flow. This is huge!! 📣

You don’t prioritize your Seggs and Wild abandon for a few reasons:

You’ve been taught to fear the body and body movements, so it actually feels terrifying. (1000’s of years of teaching this 🙂)
You’ve been taught that you will loose basic needs (love, safety, belonging, money, family) if you hold this level of radiance and power in your bodies (1000’s of years teaching this 🙂)
You have unprocessed trauma in the body and how you have coped is being disembodied, and when you start to go back into the body, you feel ALOT of unprocessed emotions and charge. You have not been taught how to build the capacity to feel that and integrate that level of load AND learn to replace it with what you desire
You have limiting stories about relationships, intimacy, seggs, *rgasm, pl.asure, surrender, desire, men, woman, being gay, bisexual, all forms of queerness, power…etc…money even!
Some of your first understandings of seggs and intimacy was p*rn and you body was trained to seek that type of experience. From that, your seggs and ple*sure feels hollow and off. You also have been training your body to p*rn and haven’t instead, spent time training your body in Holistic Seggs tools…(you have to break that deeply wired pattern in your body)
You don’t know what you want
You’ve only had painful or uncomfortable seggs and/or you have lost things through engaging in seggs and connection and so this is your imprinted somatic memory
You have built up resentment and charge about seggs and intimacy with your partner and others
You haven’t learned about your body and *rgasms, so you navigate through a narrow lens and so it feels repetitive or like an itch to scratch

After making this video many weeks ago, I found a confirmation study on spending time with people that you truly feel safe with and that you trust- you will have strong secretions of oxytocin.

Oxytocin is an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, it's Cardo protective and mydoprotective.

The point I want to drive home is, that most people do not think about whether their seggsuality is integrated. When it's not, the other nervous systems will experience a reflexive somatic elicitation and you'll feel yourself closed to a degree, surface and there will be parts of you that are on alert and hiding and protecting yourself.

There's an invisible load where we walk away not quite feeling nourished.

Thank you to all the beauitful humans in my life, who have said yes to the deep and messy work of reclaiming themselves, so that you are a safe body to be around and to bask in oceans full of oxytocin.

Your Primal Brain IS the gatekeeper to the amount of Ple.sure and sensations you feel.

When you are wanting to live a deeply embodied life. Walking up your "o" lifeforce is a direct path.

The power and depth of your "o", is directly related to how much ple.sure you allow yourself to feel.

We all have protector parts that have been built over time to either repression the amount of ple.sure and sensation we feel (which also suppressed our aliveness and ability to be present.)

Or

We have protector pieces in our subconscious (aka deep primal mind) that are having us push our energy out into the world, as a way to attach and feel "secure".

Whichever path you are on. If you feel like "something" is missing. Its almost always, unintegrated parts of your that are controlling your seggs, Intimacy and therefore your ability to be present, discerning, embodied and satisfied in your life.

The Power of the Womb 🌹

This video is naming where womb havers are coming from in this time of seggsual recalibration. The lineage of control that has been played out on our physical organs but also on an energetic level.

By naming the history of what has happened over time, this makes it easier to go through the unwinding process and actually embodied the energetic and org.smic power of this space.

Evolution Of Seggs

Women are attracted to embodied male presence.

This is one of the key foundational things that I work on with my male clients. Its so simple yet there is so much to it.

It's called naming your felt sense.

Naming and being with your felt sense is the embodiment of bringing awareness inside of the body. Being aware of the ever changing sensory, energetic and emotional landscape of yourself.

This is huge in seggsuality.

A lot of men will ask me, how can I know what to do with my female partner and how can add more fire to our connection. This is where it is at. Knowing your felt sense and embodying it.

When a man is able to hold embodied presence, he can tune into what is happening within him and attune to the nervous system in front of him and feel impulses that are beyond what the mind can interpret.

This is where taking yourself or herself into timelessness and abandon comes from.

Be so present to the moment.

Being present to the moment registers as safety in the female body and she can then feel safe to surrender.

If you are in your head or are thinking about your steps, she can feel that.

A lot of guys access presence through meditation and that is wonderful and serves a purpose, but it can also achieve a dissociative effect if not monitored properly.

Hot seggs happens when there is presence in the body in the present state moment to moment.

There is a lot of power in that and is needed for all areas of life, because everything and situation is constantly in flux.

As well as Canadian First Nations. 🇨🇦 and the entirety of Turtle Island. I have been privileged to feel and experience the love, knowledge and medicine of these bountiful peoples. Unfortunately, it is a privilege, because either we have biased, horrific beliefs that keep us from the wisdom, or because there is not enough work done on the individual level to be able to connect with these traditions. That there has been great rupture and these people are tired and can't labour for you to get to a place of sitting still long enough to listen and feel yourself.

I firmly know that these traditions, have answers that you are wasting your precious time, money and energy to find. They know ways of preservation and celebration of earth, soul, community and true abundance. They understand the scaredness of your body, love and energy.

The most popular and integrative and scienic backed work of Somatic Experirncing and trauma healing that Dr. Peter Levine, Dr Gabour Mate and Dr Bessel Van Der Kolk are all rooted in what ancient traditions already knew and practiced. This is not new. It's just now packaged in a capitalist, clinical, certified container so you will feel safe enough to try it 😉

And I'm glad it's arrived, even if we only feel safe to explore when people in lab coats tell us. Thank God there is a corner of the "certified" universe that is really healing people rapidly. AND we have to acknowledge, understand and pay back in action, deed, and voice to the ancestors and stewards of these lands, that held the human heart and spirit it right alignment, in right relations long before.

We are remembering, and it is a dream to see more and more of us paying respects and taking actions to help, sitting still, listening, leaning into teachings to feel and know for yourself 🪶❤️🙏🏻

Your er.tic intelligence is the 🔑 to the life you are striving for.

Breaking down a "no" to seggs in your partnership.

Experiencing emotions as pure sensation is key to satisfying seggs.

People are in conflict with their emotions until they do the work to build a different embodied
relationship to them.

Seggs is an emotional experience and being able to feel them as pure sensations, liberates us
to be able to surrender.

How this translates into our day to day is that it restores the power of choice in challenging situations on what is the appropriate thing to do in the moment because we are not avoiding the sensations associated with emotions.

If we pull away from our emotions or shut down or avoid them, we will change who we are and
behave in order to keep avoiding them. This is exhausting and taxing to our whole body, psyche
and soul!

Our seggs will bring this to the forefront.
If you are not able to go deeper. If seggs is meh. If you feel shut down from your partners. So
often it's because there is an avoidance to emotional expression and being able to experience sensations without story.
